UNIVERSITY of CREATIVITY (hereinafter referred to as "the organization" or "UoC") carries out various activities under the vision of "We are ALL born Creative." If you sympathize with this vision and wish to participate in our organization's activities, we have summarized the matters that you must agree to in advance in the "UNIVERSITY of CREATIVITY Terms of Use" (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). In order to register as a member of the UoC website (hereinafter referred to as "this website"), use member services, or participate in activities, you must agree to these Terms.
By clicking the "Agree" button on the application screen, the user shall be deemed to have accepted the contents of this agreement.
These terms and conditions consist of basic guidelines and guidelines corresponding to the form of participation in the various activities conducted by our organization. Please note that the contents of these Terms may be changed as necessary.
The contract based on these Terms shall be concluded between Hakuhodo Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), the operator of "UNIVERSITY of CREATIVITY", and the User.

These Terms apply to all users who participate in activities conducted by UoC (whether online or offline). Users agree to these Terms of Use when registering as members of this website and participating in activities.
Member registration
In order to participate in any activities conducted by UoC, you must register as a member on this website and have a Me page. Registration is free, but there may be a fee depending on the activities you wish to participate in.
Please note that applicants under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of their guardian before applying for main membership registration.
Regarding use of personal information
Personal information of users acquired by this organization will be handled appropriately based on the concept of "UNIVERSITY of CREATIVITY Privacy Policy".
Change registration details
If there are any changes to the information reported to the Organization, the User shall promptly notify the Organization of the changes in the prescribed manner. Our organization will not be held responsible for any disadvantages you may suffer while waiting for the procedure to be completed or as a result of neglecting the procedure.
ID and password management
Users are solely responsible for managing passwords, etc. necessary for using this service. This organization shall assume that the user's participation in activities and use of services based on membership privileges is the user's own use, regardless of whether or not such use is by the user himself/herself, and shall not bear any obligations. We are not responsible.
Prohibited matter
Users shall not engage in the following acts when participating in UoC.
Suspension of use and withdrawal
If the organization determines that the user has engaged in an act that falls under any of the prohibited items above, or if the organization cannot contact the user via registered e-mail, etc., the organization will terminate the use of the UoC without prior notice or demand. We assume that it is possible to stop. Our organization will not be held responsible for any damage caused to users as a result of our suspending their use.
Users may withdraw from UoC registered membership at any time by following the prescribed procedures established by this organization.
About copyright
The rights to the content and individual information provided by this organization belong to the organization and its affiliates that provide content, etc. for the activities of this organization.
Users may not copy, publish, or transmit the content (in whole or in part) included in the content posted, distributed, or provided by this organization, unless prior consent is obtained from this organization and its affiliates. You agree not to, distribute, transfer, lend, translate, adapt, license, reprint or reuse.
If the user violates this, the use (use) of the contents, etc. and the reproduction, publication, transmission, distribution, transfer, loan, translation, adaptation, licensing, reprinting, or reuse of the contents shall be prohibited by this organization or by the user. Disclaimer

Governing law and jurisdiction

About lottery and selection
After receiving your application, our organization will conduct a lottery and selection process, and you may not be able to participate. In addition, if the institution determines that the applicant is in violation of these Terms of Use or that participation in the session is inappropriate, the applicant may be refused participation in the session even after the lottery and selection.
*Please note that your participation will not be confirmed until you receive confirmation from our organization after applying.
Regarding filming/recording, distribution/publication

After agreeing to the contents of these guidelines, we ask that you consider for yourself what actions you should take to make it easier for all people to express their creativity, and take appropriate actions.
Confirmation of personal information on first visit
When you visit UoC TOKYO Campus for the first time, we will visually check your official identification such as a driver's license, passport, or student ID card. Please follow the instructions in emails sent from our organization to visit us. If your identity cannot be verified, you may not be able to enter.
Regarding measures against new coronavirus infection
We are prioritizing the health and safety of everyone visiting the UoC TOKYO Campus so that everyone who visits the campus can fully demonstrate their creativity without worrying about the novel coronavirus infection. We will think about this and operate the facility.
